COVID 19

-I want to ensure all of my clients that I take your health and safety seriously.  These safety guidelines are required by the State of Washington in order to keep both myself and my clients safe.  I will be following these guidelines for each of my appointments.  Please help me by adhering to these safety measures.

 

DEPOSITS

In order to secure your appointment you must pay a $30 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and transferable ONLY when appointment is reschedule 24 hours in advance.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be put to another booking in the future. The deposit is only refundable if I am unable to complete the appointment.

 

TARDINESS

All appointments have a 15 minutes grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 late fee and/or your appointment will be cancelled under my discretion.

 

ADDITIONAL GUEST

It is strongly advised that you do not bring any additional guest with you to your appointment due to limited space.

 

TRAVEL

I am not traveling for services other than Bridal Services. All appointments will take place at my location in Manassas, VA.  The only services I will travel for are Bridal Services. All Bridal services will incur a travel fee which is solely based on the location.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
I am committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for my products but my process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast via FedEx or UPS
